Yeah and why didn't he pardon himself and family. They said they were going to go after him. We wouldn't have even blamed him for it. Not adding up.

Not all pardons are public. In fact I believe Q suggested that Presidents have been issuing secret/classified pardons for them and cronies last minute for many administrations. Part of the problem, in fact, which required having them all commit new crimes during the last four years in order to get fresh, usable evidence.
