Didn’t get AF1 lift to DC

No gun salute? What else seemed strange?

I just saw a post a minute ago about the stangeness of the ceremony at the tomb of the unknown soldier.

Evidently the cameras cut away with no sound for an extended period of time... like 20 minutes and didn't return to the actual Arlington Cemetary until AFTER everyone was already in the cars and driving off.

I was watching that.

After 10 mins or so, Bush and the slightly more manly Clinton got noticeably nervous, like they were waiting for their own firing squad to arrive.
