No, right at the moment there is no Chain of Command. Biden is not a legitimate POTUS because election fraud so the Military is the only legit government in America right now. Even Congress is illegitimate because oh yeah election frauds.

If any of the illegitimate government tries to give orders to the Military by Law they must refuse them. The Military now must choose to either be Patriots and defend the Constitution or follow illegal orders.

A Constitutional crisis, as it were, except right at this moment there is no civilian government.
