The only thing I can see that MAY be proof is at the 3 second mark you can see red/blue lights flashing like a police car. Other than that, I don’t think we can confirm.

Also why would "some" be standing at attention if that wasn't his motorcade? Seems pretty plausible it is and more military see this sham for what it is.
