Does he ever not do that though? Nearly every time he opens his mouth it's all look at me, look how great I am. Talking about God on the odd occasion and I caught he said Charlie's belief in Jesus when he finally said Jesus's name! I'm surprised he didn't plug his golden ballroom again.

All the gold in the oval doesn't look like we're the best in the free world it looks....tacky. I used to think maybe he wanted to model after Solomon but overall the people aren't doing "good" We're doing okay but I have no idea what measuring stick he's using to say we're in some golden age.

Erika though was outstanding as usual! Sbe exemplifies a godly woman and who women should aspire to. I'm shocked people are picking apart how she looked?! She's a former Miss Arizona! I would think that "beauty" is woven into her very fiber. It's probsbly so 2nd nature to her. I saw a clip of a podcast where she encourages women to care about their appearance. She said maybe not hair and nails like she does but to care.

I find it refreshing. In the sea of sweats and messy buns to run errands. While that has it's place I guess. (I will always disagree with looking like you literally rolled out of bed though)

People used to dress to travel. We've become entirely too sloppy as a society. I used to work in the travel industry and to fly, we had to dress up to use our air passes. I still feel odd wearing jeans to fly! As an aside my mom also instilled to look your best when in public. While I abandoned her "wear lipstick' always, I like gloss lol, I do keep myself put together and not look homeless when I run errands. So I imagine that's even more instilled in Erika coming from Miss Arizona. Charlie even used the words "elegant " to describe her so perhaps she wanted to look her best for him. There's plenty of pictures of her dressed down having fun.

As far as her eye movements. Um, Charlie's poster was up to the right of her! She was likely looking up at him as he was her leader of their home m, that too was likely instinct for her at this point. To look to him but know God is where her strength and help comes from.

Any thoughts why they're trying to send a message that Charlie was days away from converting to Catholism? I saw videos that he thought Mary wasn't venerated enough and I can appreciate that. Amd sometimes attending mass but i think that was more research for his dabates. He said he has issues with infallible papacy, transubstantiation, and mariology. So I agree with the pastors coming out against Candace he would not have converted. Just wonder if they're pushing a deliberate narrative or coincidence.

Amen! My church spoke up and gave Charlie honor. Most pastors I know and online have. I checked out Furtick (I know ,I know but I have a soft spot because when I was a baby in the saving faith of Jesus 7 years ago he spoke feel goods that helped with my transition out of life long catholic church) and it's the same lukewarm motivational speech. We turned it off. I saw comments blowing up on his IG calling him out though. People especially Christians are more awake than ever.

So I had to stop after the second part. The victim blaming with the smile on his face and Charlie deserved it?! No, he needs to lose his job as a consequence for his lack of morals and obvious black soul.

Yet another lib who uses the media's talking points about Charlie who knows nothing about him.

This is not thought police. This is calling out human depravity that needs to be changed. No one has the right to sentence someone else to death and that's exactly what these ugly thoughts display. By saying he deserved it. He's saying he agrees with it. We should never cheer death, demons do that.

I'll repost my take that i replied on another post. Because I'm tired and it's been a week! 😅

There's a huge change in what I'm seeing. Just in my simple suburb in a split, was leaning conservative but has been infiltrated area, my church was PACKED at 830a. That's not normal. Usually that's our smallest service. Leaving it was just as packed with people trying to come in. I'm seeing the same across the nation.

Staten Island singing Amazing Grace while holding up Charlie's picture so its no mistaking why. Same thing in Arlington Heights. Worldwide the tributes.

The church the collective body of Christ is awake. Charlie shook us in a way we've never felt and it's almost inexplicable but when we lose one of our most powerful warriors for the Kingdom, we collectively feel it.

Campuses and churches have been readying the youth for some time now. They are hungry and on fire for Jesus. We've been. Praying for a revival for years. Myself since 2019.

You figure i used to come here in 2020 to try to make sense of things. I curled then left for a while then lurked again when Trump got in. There's millions of people like me. Christian but don't get into heated politics but tend to vote conservative, that silent majority. We're no longer silent. That's the difference. And we know what's on the line, so that's why it isn't fleeting.

Go check neverstopbelieving post history and then tell me that. She confirms they were not catholic. Charlie attended her church and she knew him more personally than lying websites.

Yep, I'm seeing that too. Seems many never bothered to read their handbook that your social media is grounds for immediate dismissal if it doesn't align with their mission statement. I think it's funnier they think they have legs to stand on to sue!

It's a glorious thing to see finally. I dont mean people losing their jobs but the return of common decency and sense. I had to live in fear about not getting the vax, for 4 months while my religious exemption was reviewed and I work from home as a nurse care manager. So, yeah and it's not cancel culture like they did digging up crap from years ago on people's character. This is common human decency.

I have never seen such an outpouring on my fb of posts just aligning and saying "I am Charlie Kirk" this movement is bigger than anyone imagined. It's funny to watch the left think this is going away next week. No it won't. This awakened many. Even other left leaning are disgusted with the reactions of the mocking driving the centrists further right. I have always been Christian but this has emboldened me to speak louder in my corners of the world.

I heard it explained she was the only one refusing they were just onlookers. Hopefully there's a deep cleansing of all of these radical extremists. It's about time.

I think they will stay fired. I know they think they can sue under first amendment but everywhere I have worked in corporate especially with the spawn of social media states you can be fired if your posts do not line up with their mission statement. Looks like lots of people didn't read their handbook before signing the dotted line. Too bad. I'm happy to see swift action. Enough is enough.

Thank you for being a real example of confirming they were not catholic. I'm an ex catholic so I'm blazing mad that the catholics are yet trying to also claim "them" because she was baptized. It took years for me to see the light. We now belong to a Bible believing church. It's one of my prayers that God would wake up those still deceived by one of the devil's greatest lie. I know there's good people that belong. I know there are some that have a relationship with Jesus as that's the most important thing. But too many are kidding themselves that praying to saints (we are the saints) and following the CCC will get them to heaven. When it's accepting Jesus died for our sins and it is FINISHED. I'm sorry for your loss. Even though I've been crying, I'm sure it's more profound for you.

No, she was baptized catholic and Charlie "explored" going to a catholic church. Likely to help his debates. Far cry from practicing catholic. They attended an evangelical church. Their pastor was was David Engelhardt. My point stands it's been reported she was waving and carrying a rosary and she was not, it was his cross she gave him confirmed by his producer on the Laura I. show.

However I have experience in being an ex-catholic. They will not allow you to be taken off their registration when you leave. Sounds like democratic ploys. So their numbers are highly inflated and a quick Google shows they are trying to claim they were catholic. They were not

She was incredible! I haven't signed in since 2021 or 22 I lost track because I'm a warrior for Jesus first and foremost. Charlie's assassination has sparked a fire that is growing by the Holy Spirit. I have spent the last 2 days crying over someone I really didnt follow but knew he went to collage campuses. But the fire he had for Jesus....yes I'm inspired to pick up my cross and my torch and spread the gospel as Jesus commanded. She is a role model for every girl and woman. And by the way, she is holding his cross necklace that she gave him. NOT a rosary. They were not catholic.

We have a lifegroup and it's awesome. We have joy no matter what's swirling around because our hope isn't on this earth.

I so wanted this fixed. I had such hope after Roe vs Wade was reversed, it was like paving the way for Mastriano and others, and to see it stolen again...but i quickly remembered our plans are not his plans and he holds the whole world in his hands. There's purpose in this, so I dusted myself off and honestly had one of the best days in a few mos.

whatdayisit 15 points ago +15 / -0

Yep. I just commented to my husband as we didn't watch it, I was just catching recaps here, no one really cares anymore. People wanted this fixed in 2020. I get that it's a lot amd it takes time but frankly no one really wants to hear about this anymore. I'd venture a guess he's not going to get the turnout either. Not after the promises of we got them etc etc.

Jesus is Lord and that's where our peace comes from. We stand on Psalm 91 God will protect us. Considering the world is a mess, we've been pretty blessed and that's because we recognize he's Jevohah Jireh our provider.

Nope, that's why everyone runs to the media for info. The media never lies (insert rolleyes) the AP should not be calling races but they do and they are.

whatdayisit 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hmmm I haven't really checked nor am I surprised. Tbh if this takes another 2 years and I can appreciate it's a lot of evil to unravel, I'm not going to follow it as close. If it happens great, if not I still have my faith in God that no matter if things aren't fixed on earth, that's not the end goal anyway. I don't know how much more society can take continually devolving into chaos. (Non binary, no rules etc...)

3
whatdayisit 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes. I think the longer it drags out the less ppl will care, they'll just want to make sure they and their family is okay relatively speaking. I don't know anyone in my circle of work, friends or church that seriously are giving this any thought. I'm tired and angry. I trust God but apparently media can indeed call races. It's sad, I know most ppl don't know nor care that Trump is speaking. They've long let that ship sail. That's the average pulse in America that aren't screaming libs.

2
whatdayisit 2 points ago +2 / -0

Okay but how do you think those of us in blue areas can reason with those that now think this is great, because otherwise it disenfranchised people that couldn't vote before? Dems played their game well. Most I know don't see a problem. It's sad but true. Personally I don't know what to believe. I believe there's fraud most definitely but I don't know that anything will be done as it's being proven the media does indeed call races now. It's beyond sickening but I do know God has the final word and that's all that brings me peace.

I wonder about this two. I'm surprised Mastriano conceded at all let alone a Sunday! Just seems weird timing.
