The purpose of Q is to teach us how to enlighten those with questions about reality. New people awaken all the time. They come searching for answers. It is our job to provide those answers.
That doesn't address the obvious problem of those trying to shut down our conversation or spread doom and disinformation, but it does suggest a different path than stopping new people from asking questions (again, the primary purpose of Q).
