A CAREFULLY CALCULATED PLAN TO MINIMIZE THE PUBLIC FALLOUT OF MASS CORRUPTION AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY WOULD NOT INCLUDE A LIVE MASS ARREST TO THE TUNE OF LADY GAGA. BE LOGICAL. BE REASONABLE.
