peak autism to think that a sitting president can just be like "neenerr neenerr" and do all kinds of illegal shit with immunity.

That's not how the law works.

You might need an Air Fucking Tight case to detain and force everyone else to stand down while it sorts out, but to think that it can't be done is ludicrous
