Two points:

We haven't had anything that could be considered ten days of darkness yet.
Q also said that Trump needs to be insulated and seem unconnected. If it happened at the inauguration Trump would have not looked unconnected.

...so what should the ten days being referred to, if not Darkness? IMO what is happening now looks exactly like that... Darkness, no Hope, hard times for Q followers. 10 Days bring us to Jan. 30th.
