YouTube removes over 12k dislikes from Press Sec video and thousands from other vids

Wish I had a screenshot but this is the first time I’ve seen with my own eyes dislikes being manipulated. There were at least 14k dislikes on this vid (https://youtu.be/N4WMxMJ-J3Y) and the rest of the White House videos had their like/dislike ratios curbed.
