Has anyone seen a military member salute Biden? No? Has Biden walked past a Marine and not been saluted? Then he's not the CIC.

The entire parade seemed emaciated. I am not enlisted but I did 4 years of ROTC and have been in my share of parades. Our COs would ream us for being out of step and I saw a lot of missteps yesterday. Before the Redcoat March was the trumpets and I saw 2 soldiers trying to get their footing proper up front, multiple soldier taking slower steps to match feet and the instruments themselves were underwhelming.
This is not a slam of the march or the soldiers, I'm just saying that almost all of them looked as though they didn't want to be there.
Its possible.
Dirtbag Private probably helped a lot of red blooded Americans skip duty that day.
