Less datefags the better, remember the true plan is top secret and no one on this board knows it. But I am pretty sure that Trump knew if they arrested everyone at the ceremony it would tip off the Deep State causing them to start a Civil War which Trump does not want. Sort of like a cat on the prowl and then it strike as fast as lightning to catch its prey off guard.
