Aren't there only 30k troops? The 65k is the amount across the US.

I saw a video of a general saying there's 65k troops on duty.

I don't understand why people think that 65,000 National Guardsmen out of our 450,000 total National Guardsmen wouldn't be on patrol in our "nation's capitol"...
