The inauguration starting at 11:50 instead of noon is very weird because of the 20th amendment stating "The terms of the President and the Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January". Are you even legally allowed to swear in two presidents at the same time? This is not a trick question in regards to the whole DC is a corporation idea. Personally I think that pretty much voids the entire swearing in process when you still have the presidency occupied by Trump.
