Actually, nobody has any idea when the NG will leave DC at this point. As of yet, there is no known end date on their deployment.
The STATE OF EMERGENCY in DC expires on the 24th.

Monster Worldwide Inc.'s owner is Jeff Taylor, a Democrat, and honorary co-chair of the Democratic National Convention held in Boston. Obviously, Taylor's company also shills for a living.

I thought the troops were deployed for 30 days in DC? Also, didn't they just bring more in? Why would they do that if they're just leaving in a couple days anyway?

It is said they are there till the 24th but according to Flynn they are there for 30 days. And according to RT more troops arrived but I haven't found sources on that within the fake news media here in the US.
It's not more troops coming in, read other threads here. It's been deducted it's just the troops being bussed back and forth for wherever base camp is when their shifts are over/starting.
