But you’re starting to get close to the matter when you bring up the word “relevant.”

The Supreme Court will in no way consider this one particular precedent binding, guiding, or anything.

I truly don’t mean to denigrate your research, and I fully support your optimism. I just wanted to temper others’ expectations.
