Out of all the information presented recently, I would argue as dumb as this may seem, its the most crazy information... The government and especially the military doesn't just repaint vehicles for fun... Infact it takes a lot of money and red tape to get vehicles repainted let alone to a new color scheme... Again... May seem little, but very interesting
As someone who worked for government and in the military for 20 years, I can say from first hand experience... the government and especially the military does stupid shit like repaint vehicles just for fun all the time.
It has been 30 years, but the only time we repainted vehicles was when we deployed to the Persian Gulf. Most of them were not done in time, so there were several Woodland Camo vehicles in our unit until our half way mark in the deployment, so about 4.5 months in.
That said there are many reasons they could be repainting them, and most have nothing to do with war.
General maintenance, moving them to a different area where they intend to keep those for a while, maybe someone bought their old ones and got a repaint in the deal. This is most likely nothing.
Fed std 595 - #34094 or #34088 are very common Gvt procurement colors (solid). I haven't seen camo painted in several years. But i can smell these photos ?
Remember the photos of the soldiers practicing for the inauguration. There was a big stink about the Vietnam-era styled uppers.....looked a lot like the new paint jobs on mil vehicles
This is what they used to look like before being painted for desert conflict. Woodland camo
Yeah, because it works in most if the world.

They repaint their own vehicles all the time. It's what the Motor Pool is for. Along with maintenance.
Exactly, all this proves is that they wanted those specific vehicles green for whatever reason, nothing more, nothing less.

Anyone with military experience know how often these occur?
These are Taiwanese army camo patterns.

they copy us. Their current helmets are based on our K-pots. There isn't an original thought in any of their heads over there.
