They're not telling us to migrate. They're telling TDW users to.

A rouge TDW mod who had control of TD.Win shutdown the domain, and now most people don't know the new one is Patriots.Win and need to be told via other sites like this one.

The domain has now been shutdown by the asshole mod. It may have not been yet when the sticky was made. Other than the new domain name, nothing else has changed.
