Simon Parkes said one source told him something went wrong and another source said all of the small suitcase dirty bombs weren't accounted for. He didn't say or imply they were necessarily connected. He said the plan was for the military to used to swarm the many tunnels and block the exits while arrests were made. Contrast that with Juan O Savin who always said Biden would be inaugurated.
