Every executive order he makes is illegal. Every military order he gives is illegal.

And every one who acts on, or tries to enforce his illegal orders may be implicated.

Maybe the sting operation isn't done yet.

Im pretty sure Trump signed an EO just before he left office stating that you can not be prosecuted for ignorance of the law, in some instances. Sorry for the super vague description but something along those lines. Somebody who is better with searching EO's should have a look.
