Just seems like the TX governor is not clued in, and might be fucking with things he doesn't understand.

Yeah well, don't you think that if there's a Q or Trump/associates have sway in the plan, that a single phone call, etc could fix that?

There's no way a few troops being pulled back would fuck with a plan on that level, if there is a plan. Surely, if there's a plan then contingency is made for this.
