Not sure about that, what I do know is he recently finished a huge Orthodox cathedral for the Russian military and he's been seen going to Divine Liturgy, unless you are talking about Saddam Hussain (or is it Hussein, can't remember) while Iraq was heavily Islamic he had a respect for the Oriental Orthodox Church and he was one of the reasons why they were able to flourish in Iraq. He took heavy criticism for it by the Islamic extremists.
