I just assumed he had an ear piece with someone feeding him lines to say and actions to carry out, but "good looking marines" is easily more plausible than that. However, he is known for his gaffes like "best election fraud organization in history" which is why I let myself assume.

I try to traffic in solid facts so I do appreciate you sharing your truth / doubts to help me stay grounded. God bless and Godspeed.
