Say instead: These people are evil. They are not sick in any way. They have given their souls to their god, Satan. It is much better to acknowledge the existence of evil than to give them cover under some amorphous and false concept of disease. A disease is technically a gross, microscopic or chemical lesion. Mental disorders do not meet this criterion. These people are evil! Say it loud and often!!!
