Yes, and something else, Bill Gates has an initiative to reduce malaria IIRC. I'll bet he'll lobby to control HCQ, stockpile it, ringfence it for malaria or try to replace it with other drugs. He can't have a cheap unofficial coronavirus treatment lying round.
