For the military to announce Biden is not the president, mass arrests to occur and truth about everything to come out would be a happening on an inconceivable scale considering the lack of happenings and numerous false hopes since Nov 3.
Personal theory: for the Left and Deep State to be lulled to sleep so to speak.
Think about it: if Trump was confirmed the winner there would be massive rioting to the point where our over bloated but massive GDP contributing cities would be shut down. There would be chaos that would shake the country to a point of vulnerability. The left wouldn't be engaging in a civil war with the right, they'd be burning down their own infrastructure costing the country billions. Our economy would slip into third world status and the right wing has made it abundantly clear that they aren't fighting unless the danger comes to them.
So... you let them think their guy won. You let them believe this is the way it is. You push your fake plan out and let it fizzle and die as nothing happens. As Trump, assuming you're still President, you pass an EO that grants Biden permission to pass EOs by direction. You hand over the keys and let him run wild. Well, in less than 24 hours he's already killed 60,000 jobs. What else is he gonna do? Doesn't matter. What you're doing is letting all the normies and everyone see how horrible he really is. And just as enough people start to regret their decision, you broadcast and reveal that the country has been in military martial law and that Biden was a fake President the entire time relieving at least 60% plus of the country that Trump is in fact still President. Sure there's some outcry, a couple of dumb fucks riot, but overall most of the country is glad Trump is still in command.
I don't know if this is the case. There has been too much weird shit that has happened since NOV 3 that outlandish theories sound sane. I mean we have been living in a false reality since the first COVID lockdown...
I myself am moving on with my life. I am ready should worst come to worst and Biden is in fact President. It doesn't change the fact that he was illegally installed and illegally stole an election. I believe that there may be a plan becasue the Trump I got to know since 2016 wasn't the type to just whimper away and leave the way he did... but I could totally see him playing possum. We still don't know what the fuck he did after the speech on the 6th. We don't know what he's doing now...

None of this would have had to happen if they made moves to expose this earlier. After the 2016 election people were far less entrenched and the deep state was much weaker.
