Now that I think about it. There was no military personnel at the inauguration. Only British red coats and people in the blue coats. Am I wrong?

Yeah I was like why are the revolutionary way soldiers being inspected by the CinC? Did this happen at Trumps inauguration? I think I saw some Navy at the very beginning of the parade but not sure.
