The 21 Gun salute supposedly took place in Arlington National Cemetery.

I suspect the military did it there to give their respect to the war dead there rather than Biden.

But if I am not mistaken the 21 gun salute always took place by the Military at the Capitol Grounds during the inauguration. Can anyone else confirm this??
