Not an attorney but how I interpret this is that each respondent has waived their right to respond to the last submission by the petitioner (Trump). I take this to mean that the SCOTUS is now free to consider everything before it, as all involved parties have submitted everything they wanted to submit. The case should go forward and be argued in front of SCOTUS who will then rule on the merits. I wouldn't read into the waiver either way, they just have nothing to add, IMO.

So it looks like Bookvaar waived to respond on the 19th is that correct? So this basically comes back to Pa SC?

Thank you for that! Well hopefully we will hear soon when the plan to rule. I've said either way the military is watching.
