Single engine plane with landing speed less than 136 MPH. Unlikely to be anyone of great importance.

Trump is more likely to have gone out of M-a-L on the C17 as per monkeywerx.

Present location unknown but not at M-a-L.

My guess would be Camp David but only a guess. Could be Cheyenne Mountain.
