That was linked in this very article and it's expected after the second dose that more than half of people get aches, fatigues, and many "knocked out for 24 hours."

Don't just read a headline. I don't trust the vaccine and will not get it but the headline makes it sound like dude is in critical condition and the article seems pretty sensationalist over something that's widely known and reported.
