According to today's episode of the X22 Report, emails from 2011 were released on WikiLeaks in which Austin stated that he had $12.5 million from "oil proceeds and legal" that he desperately needed to get out of Iraq. Dave talks about these emails specifically at around 08:48 in the episode.
