Q drop dates are absolutely not set in stone, and they usually predict the future. Future proves past.

I believe Q only really gives months & dates; no years. So if he says "11.3"; it could be November 3, or March 11, or 11.3 of the UCMJ or whatever.

That's the point is this is all obfuscated on purpose to avoid exposing national security, breaking the law, and keeping the enemy guessing too.
