It's a hole in a plane window viewed from an extreme angle, with the mobile camera placed below the hole. You can also tell that it is close by the focus: the mobile camera has its lens focused at long distance objects at ∞ (from aircraft wing to horizon), but the artifact is the only thing out of focus.
