- Saluted by members of military?
- Sign or veto any bills?
- Meet with any foreign leaders?

Kerry and hussein met with foreign leaders while not president, and not as part of any delegation. So #4 is broken fairly routinely, not proof or lack of proof of anything tied to whether someone is a legit president or not.
