So if a sitting president cannot be arrested, how can Biden be removed from office? We all know the House and Senate would not vote for impeachment, even if he was shown to have committed treason. So is there a law that says the military can arrest a president for treason?

Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead... only try to realize the truth. What truth? There is no spoon.
There is no office. Then it doesn't matter who is pretending to be President of it.
From what I gathered yes the military can if treason is involved! besides that none I have seen he would have to be impeached in the house and convicted in the senate trial before being officially removed from office, We know as things stand currently that ain't happening.
