If Biden isn’t president, and the military obviously does not respect him, how is he ordering the military into Syria?

Maybe the military is moving on its own and using Joe as cover?

Joe can’t come out and say “I didn’t order them to do that” because that would demonstrate he isn’t in control of the military. Military can do whatever it wants and Biden cannot disavow.

Optics are everything.
