I'm wondering, if there is a new presidential, wouldn't there have to be new House and Senate races due to their corruption? If this is the case, who will run for those open seats? Do we expect Governors to appoint the replacements in the Senate? In Kentucky, they have a lib governor who would appoint another lib. Thanks.
