Honestly, i think there's involved also Elon Musk [EM] or at least has a big part here, specially when we talk about space things, one point that intrigued me a lot, was the 'EAM loyalist' that i never saw somehow decoded until a day, someone mentioned 'Earth And Mars', there i started to think a lot, Tesla, Free Energy, Musk..... I feel here's a deep connection
EAM could be Emergency Action Message which has ties to the Nuclear Football. I'm more interested in the fact that DoE has an AI & Tech office as well as ARPA falling under their umbrella. Then there is also the Intelligence and Counterintelligence office which is one of the 17 (now 18) IC agencies.
