I've already debunked this multiple times today and they keep posting it, not sure if it's anons just trying to find hopium or if it's targeted disinformation..
It's targeted as is the whole USA INC conspiracy theory. It's being propagated by handshake accounts and suspiciously we have "documentation" coming out to prove its validity all at the timing of actual documents of importance coming out.
As in, that was the original docket. What you provided was a doctored, albeit poorly, letter alluding to a fake case which used the above-linked as a basis. All believable lies have a few kernels of truth.
The document is Faked and it is a shell company with multiple Chinese DBA's. It was most likely used to scam people when it was created and still scamming people now.
That channel also started asking for bitcoins (BTC). The account holder had a LOT of time to peruse our boards and start making up documents that seem to be real. It mostly is a C_A disinformation op timed impeccably to match the recent declassification of real documents of importance. hmm.jpeg

Look at the letterhead.
Now look up all the other official WH letterheads (to include informal letters and official memorandums) ever signed by Trump. See the difference?
Other issues:
Typos e.g. "it's" and "its", "excepts", etc. - if this was legally binding or represented/written by legal counsel, then no way is this going to fly
Signature. He always signs to the RIGHT (even in business/official letters) and his signatures are never that small. That signature is copy/pasted.
The tacky underlines. I lol'ed.
Image quality. low res? fading of typography that VASTLY shifts all throughout the letter
Could go on for days.

I agree his signature is too small.
However the other things- signature placement, header, paper type, all seem to vary widely among Trump WH letters.

That may be a fake document, but it has some truth to it. Unfortunately, unless you know all the facts, it doesn't help to have partial truth.
