Sure, I should have clarified that most mutations, such as attached earlobes, are completely harmless themselves. They are however a visible sign of mutations none the less, which increases the probability of other potentially harmful ones.

The worst liberals on the left usually do however have seriously maladaptive mutations, to the point that they essentially don't have a brain, will never grow up, and will be stuck in a destructive child-like mentality forever.
