He had a lot of blotchiness for a couple of weeks. Both will lead to the skin puffing or being pulled up against the ear, looking like a change in the earlobe, but it's the skin around that changed. Look at the forehead wrinkles since these pictures are so nicely matched for posture and expression. They match like finger prints. And if it isn't Biden, so what. We still have to deal with the illusion of Biden.
IIRC the body that was wheeled out for all to see, claiming that it was epstein's, had different ears also. But that was when barr was AG, and we were led to believe that he was ' competent'
You took for wrong class. If you studied genetics instead, you'd know that attached ear lobes are in fact a generic mutation, and people who have that mutation are far more likely to have other mutations which are far more harmful than something that is simply cosmetic.

Sure, I should have clarified that most mutations, such as attached earlobes, are completely harmless themselves. They are however a visible sign of mutations none the less, which increases the probability of other potentially harmful ones.

Well he did have a face-lift, and thats where they make the incision and pull the skin tight. Just a thought.
