Is the lottery another Cabal scheme?

I’ve always wondered this and wouldn’t be surprised. The winners often end up “dead” or “broke”. I don’t buy it, and I think they somehow rig it fro themselves. Thoughts?

I have no idea, but Epstein literally won the Oklahoma Powerball lottery while incarcerated the first time and used a surrogate to cash the ticket under the name of his Zorro Trust shell co.
