Is the lottery another Cabal scheme?

I’ve always wondered this and wouldn’t be surprised. The winners often end up “dead” or “broke”. I don’t buy it, and I think they somehow rig it fro themselves. Thoughts?

You know it's rigged because they're still crying about how broke the schools are. These people are sick.
