Please explain to this person who is a little late to the game. I know Trump put certain military leaders in certain places, Defense people in certain places for a reason. But now that he is no longer in charge & some military personnel have been replaced, how does “the plan” continue? Does it depend what Pres. Trump put in place before the inauguration?
