Normally I eat at home but I figured I'd treat myself and go to breakfast at a cute little diner down the street...nothing unusual about that but what was unusual was the conversation at the table near me...it wasn't crowded and being single I get a small booth in the back corner...I wasn't eavesdropping but couldn't help overhearing "Those Q people" well then I had to listen.
So the conversation was between 2 older (50 or so) couples. Definitely still sleeping, but were stirring......They were talking about how something is going on with this whole Trump leaving and Biden's inauguration. Then one of the ladies says "it's all those fuckin Q people out there...they will not allow unity because of their conspiracy theories" A guy asked if they really wanted unity and the other lady said no but it would be easier to "reprogram" them if social media would just root them out, make a list and Biden can appoint people to find us all and "change" our mind to what this country needs....lol.
I was almost tempted to say something but God has said to "stay still" and I did....What I took away from this is that YOU ALL have trickled into the corners of this country...Being persecuted is a crown from God for you all! Wear it proudly! Let's not forget what happened to Jesus....
Sounds like a bullshit story.
What 50 year old woman having breakfast is going to say "it's all hose fuckin Q people out there" ?? Nonsense.
And then of course it has to turn to jesus. Bullshit. Your comment history is filled with religious nonsense. This is a Q board not a religious one.
Think what you like, doesnt affect the truth...Do you really think older people don't swear? Or use the F word? Really? Q has a religious undertone to it if you haven't noticed...you are free to have your belief and I am entitled to mine. You seem like a pretty angry guy! Perhaps you should step away and quit judging people. Blessings that you find peace
I am commenting to you as a psychiatric social work specialist, student of history, song writer, screenplay writer, etc. with an excellent understanding of human behavior; I don't believe in myths, especially religious ones.
Not angry but definitely upset about the inability to get away from religious nonsense on such a good board. Yes, be afraid of being judged, it goes along with your belief system now doesn't it?
God: A fiction created to fight or rationalize the inevitability of death.
All organized religions are based on man-made "gods" used for power and control over others. They strip humans of sovereign spiritual expression of thanks for the miracle of sentience to be replaced with rule books of fear from made up evils like satan, hell, demons, sin, etc.
Fundamental thinking & Faith means someone tells you what & how to think. It also means you abdicate the right to think for yourself.
Your brave and bold comment begins with you preening about how wonderful and impressive you are.
You don't see that as a problem?
Other people have lived lives too. So what?
Spent my life as a social worker.. I also have ridden since I was a child (still do, own 2 Harleys) and am a woman..I'm retired now so I'm no spring chicken. I'm used to people who have no faith. Not looking to change you. I am spiritual and partake in no organized religion because the church is as corrupt as the government. None of this changes the gift I have been given from God. Whether you believe or not should not elicit such disdain for those who do. Do you EJ...I'll do me. But just because your toward the end of life doesn't mean you can be disrespectful....pass over what your not interested in reading...don't be rude to people who have done nothing to you....You don't strike me as the kind if man that has compassion or caring for others which is really what this period of time requires of us...I would hate to "wake up" to you...
Look, it is pretty simple. The lie about god and demons and all that has been a con game from the beginning. I have studied the creation of the bible for many years. I've written papers on it and had deep discussions with theologians.
I don't like what people have done under the lie of Christianity. Your arrogance in this reply is the sort of nonsense that irritates me. You think that believing in an unprovable being gives you some sort of one upsmanship in values and legitimacy.
I have saved six peoples lives, I taught deaf handicapped, I worked in an ER, so your bullsh*t about me not having compassion is more nonsense.
"Religion doesn't hurt anything, other than most wars, the crusades, the inquisition, 9/11, arranged marriages to minors, blowing up girls schools, the suppression of women and homosexuals, fatwas, ethnic cleansing, honor rape, human sacrifice, burning witches, suicide bombings, condoning slavery, systematic f**king of children. There's a few more things I have a problem with. Bill Maher
You are one person out of 350+ million in the US, so I really don't care if you like me or not, I just don't like being preached to on a Q site meant for Q discussion.
