I have been perusing the DoD manual today and in chapter 11 it discusses how the occupied territory's gov't would not be able to regulate any longer while the territory is being occupied.

Anybody have thoughts on this?

Some of the eo are pretty damaging to our country. Since eo can't be repealed directly, I'm considering a theory I ran across earlier of the whole process we are seeing is a mass redpill.
