I do remember Trump made fun of him for having bad breath while on his show like 30 years ago.

Just a side note/fun fact: I know people that work for a television provider (to which King subscribed) and everyone in the VIP group was warned about him in training class. Their standard procedure for when he called was to immediately notify a supervisor to be on standby because his attitude was so horrifically bad.
