Have we heard who is going to preside over the hearing? Since (corrupt) John Roberts won't be there, I'm guessing one of the Liberal judges. And all 'objections' have to go thru the Judge to the Senate body. IMO, many of the Senators will object and NOT want to hear the remarks from Trump's team. It's VERY possible that evidence will again be suppressed.
I wonder if this is may be a possible reason SCOTUS denied the case? So there wouldn’t be any obstacle in presenting the evidence? I’m not an expert (except in armchairs) but it seems like evidence being presented in an ongoing case is limiting for it to be used elsewhere? Just a thought.
