They herded everyone into cities. Only the wealthy ruling class elite got to have estates in the country.

Everyone who rejected this way of life was put on a reservation where they lived under third world conditions. That won't be the case here. Everyone who rejects this leftard dystopia will be put into "re-education camps" and then disposed of from there.
